Sensor FreeStyle Libre 2
The FreeStyle Libre 2 system is a continuous glucose monitoring system with a reader and a disposable sensor worn on the back of the arm. This small sensor, which is the thickness of two stacked quarters, is easy to apply and stays on the body for up to 14 days. Make sure to check your blood glucose levels by scanning the sensor, and it even works through clothing. The FreeStyle Libre 2 system is for adults and children four and older with diabetes.
The FreeStyle Libre 2 sensor is only compatible with the FreeStyle Libre 2 reader and app.

FreeStyle Libre 2 Sensor Features:
- Small size and comfortable to wear – The sensor may be scanned through clothing and is about the size of two stacked US quarters.
- Painless application – A thin filament sits under the skin to measure interstitial fluid.
- Accurate sensor readings – No fingerstick calibrations are required, and the system has no interference with medications containing acetaminophen.
- Water resistant –Stays on the body for up to 14 days and can be worn while swimming, showering, or exercising.
- Continuous monitoring – Continuously measures the glucose concentration in your interstitial fluid and stores 8 hours of data.
